For families choosing self-pay or when insurance coverage is not available, payment is due at the time of service. We accept HSA/FSA cards and most major forms of payment for your convenience.

After your visit, you may request a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of services provided. This document includes all necessary medical coding information that you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed. We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to ask about out-of-network lactation benefits and reimbursement policies.
